FUAKO AB ("we," "us," or "our") operates Motion Suika (the "App"), a mobile game designed for users of all ages, including children aged 3 and older. This Privacy Policy explains how we and our third-party service provider, Unity Ads, handle your information when you use our App. We are committed to protecting your privacy, especially for young users, and ensuring transparency.

1. Data Collection by FUAKO AB

FUAKO AB does not directly collect, store, or share any personal information or data about you through Motion Suika. This includes, but is not limited to, your name, email address, or location. The App does not require user accounts or an internet connection for gameplay.

2. Data Collection by Unity Ads

Motion Suika uses Unity Ads, a third-party advertising service, to display banner ads within the App. Unity Ads may collect certain information to provide and improve ads, including:

  • Unique device identifiers (e.g., Identifier for Advertising (IDFA) on iOS)

  • IP address and country of install (mapped from IP address)

  • Device information (e.g., device type, operating system, and version)

  • Ad interaction data (e.g., page views and taps during the ad experience)

  • App usage times (if Acquire Optimization is enabled in Unity’s dashboard)

3. Purpose of Data Collection

Unity Ads collects data to deliver and personalize banner ads, measure ad performance, and enhance the App’s functionality. FUAKO AB does not use or access this data for any other purpose.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Unity Ads to serve banner ads in Motion Suika. Unity Ads may share collected data with its advertising partners to provide targeted ads, as described in their Privacy Policy. We do not control or have access to this data. No other third-party services collect data through the App.

5. Children’s Privacy

Motion Suika is designed to be safe for children aged 3 and older and complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable laws, such as GDPR for users in the European Union. FUAKO AB does not knowingly collect personal information from any users, including children. Unity Ads is configured to comply with COPPA and does not knowingly collect or process personal data from users under 13 without verified parental consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us, and we will work with Unity Ads to address the situation.

6. User Choices and Opt-Out Options

You can opt out of personalized ads served by Unity Ads by:

  • Clicking the Unity Data Privacy icon (displayed in ads) to manage your privacy settings or request data deletion.

  • Enabling “Limit Ad Tracking” on your iOS device (Settings > Privacy > Tracking > toggle off “Allow Apps to Request to Track”).

Opting out may result in non-personalized ads, but ads will still be displayed. For more information, see Unity’s Privacy Policy.

7. Data Security

FUAKO AB does not collect or store any personal information. Unity Ads uses commercially reasonable measures to protect the data it collects, as described in their Privacy Policy.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Under laws like GDPR and CCPA, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or opt out of its sale or sharing. Since FUAKO AB does not collect data, we hold no personal information. For data collected by Unity Ads, you can exercise your rights by:

  • Using the Unity Data Privacy icon in ads to request data access or deletion.
